Summer Reading Programs

It takes practice to master any skill. Be sure to practice your reading skills over the summer by participating in a summer reading program.

The St. Louis County Library hosts a summer reading program for all ages, infant through adult. Information about the program is attached. It begins May 22.

Because your child will be going into sixth grade they will be included in the Teen Summer Reading Program. Paper copies were sent home for the program.

Emily McIlroy, St. Louis County librarian, spoke to our students on Wednesday, May 17, about the library's summer reading program. She has compiled her picks for our students' summer reading. (Click for the list.)

Students can also attend library programs for "points" that count toward their reading goal.
